In 1782, after the naval battle of Îles des Saintes between the French and the British in the Caribbean, the only galleon Santa Rita manages to save itself and head towards France where it takes on board the noble Orléans family and other families and servants and, together with other galleons, sets sail towards the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies.

After days of sailing, the Santa Rita lands on the small Bay of San Gregorio in Salerno, where the French build a castle with a small kingdom. During the navigation, under the hold of the servants, the servant David Charlize meets Rosaline Orléans disguised as a servant.

The two fall in love. In the small Kingdom of Saint Gregoire De Baie, Mademoiselle Rosaline and the servant David meet but cannot remain anything more than friends as the young noblewoman is the future bride of the first knight Victor Chevalier.

Finally, thanks to their passion for music and the violin, Rosaline and David have the opportunity to get to know each other better. After burning conflicts, between the servant David and the knight Victor, between the Chevalier brothers and the Orléans family, and between Rosaline and the bite of a fearsome tarantula, the two will meet again.

But the hill on which Chàteau De Saint Gregoire De Baie dominates, will be stained with blood.
